Formula 1® to continue racing on the streets of Monte Carlo through 2035

Formula 1® has secured its future in Monte Carlo, with the iconic Monaco Grand Prix confirmed to remain on the calendar through 2035. Known as one of the most prestigious and challenging races in motorsport, the event will continue to see drivers navigate the tight streets of Monte Carlo, combining glamour, history, and high-stakes racing.

This long-term extension underlines Formula 1’s commitment to preserving its most legendary circuits, ensuring that the Monaco Grand Prix remains a highlight of the season for years to come.

In 2024, Charles Leclerc etched his name into the history books by becoming the first Monegasque driver ever to win his home Grand Prix. This season, it was Lando Norris who celebrated a milestone of his own, claiming his maiden victory in Monaco.

Among the current grid, Fernando Alonso, Lewis Hamilton, and Max Verstappen have each conquered the Principality on multiple occasions, adding their names to an illustrious roll of honor. They stand alongside greats such as Ayrton Senna, Alain Prost, Michael Schumacher, Niki Lauda, Sir Jackie Stewart, and Graham Hill—legends who all mastered the challenge of the 3.3 km Monte Carlo circuit.
